Western States Zonal Forum (WSZF)

I am requesting that CIRNA make a $300 donation to the Western States Zonal Forum which will cover our yearly ‘fair share’ participation for 2021.

We will be holding our annual Western States Zonal Forum virtually January 29-31, more details will be provided as they become available. Interested observers will be able to attend. Details will be available on

One big question I need an answer to today is: What information does CIRNA want us to report to the WSZF?

Since the pandemic has changed so much this year, it would be nice to report at least the following information:

  • How many Meetings are taking place?  Live __________  Hybrid __________  Online/Virtual __________
  • Are any H&I or PI/PR panels taking place?  Where ______________________  How Many ___________
  • What challenges and/or successes are the Groups experiencing in carrying the message?
  • What challenges and/or successes are the Groups and Areas experiencing with 7th Tradition?
  • What else would CIRNA and its member Areas and Groups like to share with the WSZF?
  • How much did we fund-flow to NAWS over the last year?

2022 CAR Motions

Now is the perfect time to start working on motions for the 2022 CAR. If you or your group are interested in making a motion, please feel free to contact me for suggestions on how to proceed.

As a reminder, CIRNA’s motion from the 2020 CAR will be rolled over to the 2022 CAR, and we will have the option of making adjustments to the motion, which I would strongly suggest.

Budget and Expenses

I had no expenses this month. My budget for 2021 follows.

In planning my budget for 2021 I factored in that there is no in-person WSZF this year. I allowed budget for some travel to Areas, if needed, as well as copies of the CAR and other paperwork.
