Greetings All,

Narcotics Anonymous is changing it's website, the estimated launch date is schedule for March 1, 2009, to test drive the new website, please visit http://web.na.org

The next NA Worldwide Workshop takes place February 27 to March 1, 2009 in Oakland California.

Our RDA Giner and I will be representing CIRNA and in order to reduce the costs to our region, we have teamed up with other NA members to share our room costs.

The Tri-plate Roman Numeral Medallions and the two new service pamphlets are available. The fourth concept highlights the importance of effective leadership in it's pamphlet "Principles and Leadership in NA Service" and the revised pamphlet, "An Introduction to NA Meetings", offers a welcoming introduction and explains some of the practices that might be unfamiliar to those at their first meeting of Narcotics ANonymous. The hand numbered beautiful Twenty-fifth commemorative Sixth Edition of The Basic Text has SOLD OUT, a 2nd printing will be available late March 2009.

A survey is online to gather fellowship input for the book project, “Living Clean.” You can participate by going online to; www.naws.org/survey/index

As in the rest of the world, we have some financial challenges ahead of us. Costs have increased across the board, nonetheless we were able to provide over $625,000 in free or subsidized literature to members around the world on your behalf between July 2007 and June 2008. NAWS is interested in finding out why we, as a fellowship, think regional donations are not coming to NAWS even though the regions expenses have been offset by delegate funding.

All members are encouraged to subscribe to NA Way, and we are asking that any current subscribers change to electronic subscription as it helps save resources. Of 50,000 subscribers, 42,000 are print subscriptions with a total of $170,000 in publication expenses. Let’s all make a concerted effort to contribute as much as we can and to help reduce expenses (in the spirit of our 11th concept). The current issue is available at www.na.org click on NA Way.

Any questions, concerns, or suggestions are appreciated and I may be contacted at cell# (951) 522-2958 preferably after 7 pm or anytime on weekends.

Your grateful servants,

“El”Sinore Oscar L. RD
