PRE-REGISTER EARLY: If you're planning to attend the convention, pre-register early to avoid missing the June 9th pre-registration deadline.

BOOK YOUR ROOM: Although we have an overflow hotel, most members prefer to be right in the middle of things at the Convention. Rooms are going quickly, so book your hotel room at the Wyndham now, while they're still available. You can book your room online at http://www.cirna.org/node/425

VOLUNTEERS: Sign-up sheets have been circulated to meetings. If you or your group needs one, please visit the Convention Service page at http://www.cirna.org/taxonomy/term/20 to download a Sign Up Sheet. Sign up sheets can be returned by mail to the Convention Committee, or returned to your area's May ASC meeting if your group is within the California Inland Region.

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP: The CIRCNA X Program committee will be hosting its very first Interactive Workshop on Saturday morning at the convention. This will be a group forum meeting, where members answer and discuss a series of questions with small, breakout discussion groups. Each group will use consensus-based decision making to select it's top answers and then share them with the entire Workshop.

SATURDAY BANQUET: Attending the Saturday Banquet will provide VIP seating for the main meeting.

ENTERTAINMENT: The Adolescents will not be performing at Friday Night's Live Entertainment show. Watch for announcements of a new band soon. The Saturday night Comedian is confirmed as Mike DeStefano.
